Кошти спрямують Державному агентству відновлення на фінансування проєктів із відбудови. Зокрема, на ремонт і реконструкцію доріг загального користування, а також на відновлення вулиці Дніпровської у Павлограді.
Усі витрати відбуватимуться за спеціальним фондом держбюджету, який формується з європейських грантів і траншів.
